Grilled bagel with Swiss cheese & squash

- 4 bagels
- 4 tbsp Emborg Spreadable Butter
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 12 slices fried tomato
- 8 slices Emborg Swiss Cheese
Spread the butter on a bagel, then mustard.
Place fried slices of tomato and Swiss cheese on the bagel and grill it until the cheese is melted.
Serve with fresh herbs.
