Ingredients

  • 250 g Emborg Mango Chunks
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 300 g Whole Large Prawns

Try this delicious tapas snack by following these simple steps: 

Method: 

Mash the Emborg mango chunks with a fork. 

Mix the mashed mango, chilli, sugar, vinegar and salt.

Grill the prawns and serve with the mango dip.

Voilá! A tasty side-dish or snack.
