Grilled prawns with mango and chili dip

Ingredients

  • 250 g Emborg Mango Chunks
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 300 g whole large prawns

 

Mix the mango, chilli, sugar, vinegar and salt.

Grill the prawns and serve with the mango dip.
