Grilled sandwich


  • 25 g Emborg Spreadable 
  • 2 slices of toasted bread
  • 50 g Emborg Brie
  • 2 tbsp green pesto
  • 3 slices smoked turkey 

Spread the bread on both sides with the Spreadable and then spread 1 tbsp of pesto onto a piece of bread.

Top the slices of bread with Brie and turkey, finish off with a piece of bread with pesto and place in a frying pan.

Leave it until it becomes crispy, turn the sandwich and fry the other side until it becomes crispy too.
