    Instructions

    • Take your steaks out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before frying and sprinkle with salt.

    • Start by frying Emborg Straight Cut French Fries according to the directions on the package until slightly golden.

    • Heat up a frying pan until very hot and melt the Emborg Salted Butter on the pan. When the butter is melted and the pan is hot, add the steaks and garlic to the pan.

The trick here is to turn the steaks every 15-20 second to create a crisp on the outside and tenderness on the inside. Cook the steaks for approximately 5 minutes depending on size.
You can measure the temperature in the middle of the steak and cook it the way you prefer:

      45°C: Rare
      55°C: Medium
      65°C: Well done

    • When the steaks are done, take them off the pan and wrap them to keep them warm. Let them rest for about 5 minutes.

    • Then add fresh pepper and 10 g of butter on the top and let it melt on the steak.

    • Add fresh pepper to the steak and serve with the crispy fries and mayonanaise.

    • Enjoy!

Serve the steak with a mixed salad of your favourite vegetables for a fresh touch.
