  • 1 soft rye bun
  • 15 g Emborg Danablu
  • 4 small slices cured salmon
  • 3 slices ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • Fresh baby spinach leaves
  • A few drops olive oil
  • A few drops lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Cut the rye bun and spread the hummus on both cut surfaces. In a bowl, place the baby spinach leaves and season with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.

Place the spinach leaves on the hummus, covering bottom half of the bun.

Place the cured salmon on top of the spinach leaves. Then place the avocado slices and Danablu cheese to top.

Close the sandwich with the top half and serve.
