    • Whisk egg yolks and sugar together until creamy.

    • In a pan over medium heat, combine Emborg Whipping Cream, Emborg Milk, ground nutmeg and salt. Stir until it simmers.

    • Add a big spoon of the hot mixture to the eggs, while whisking. Repeat this process with the remaining hot milk mixture. Pour the egg-milk mixture back into the warm pan.

    • Whisk constantly for 2 minutes until it thickens a bit. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla extract.

    • Strain the mixture into a pitcher and cover. Refrigerate before serving. If you want it thinner, blend it with 2 tablespoons of milk.

    • Serve cold with a sprinkle of cinnamon and freshly whipped cream, for the perfect holiday treat.

    Add ¼ cup bourbon or rum to your eggnog, if you want a more intense, warm flavour.
