Homemade herb and garlic butter
Serves 4 steaks

- 150 g Emborg Butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 20 g chives
- 20 g parsley
- 20 g skinned and grilled red pepper
Press the garlic and chop the chives, parsley and red pepper and mix them with the butter.
Leave to cool and serve with, for example, beef, chicken or bread.
