Italian Meatballs with Cream
- 500 g Minced Beef
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Slices White Bread
- 50 ml Emborg Full Cream Milk
- 4 tbsp Emborg Shredded Parmesan
- 1 Pot Basil
- 200 ml Emborg Cooking Cream
Tasty and delicious Italian meetballs are perfect for any occation! Try them by following these steps:
Mix the minced beef with salt, white bread soaked in milk and shredded Emborg parmesan.
Make small meatballs and place them in a butter greased pan, sprinkle basil leaves and top with Emborg cooking cream.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
Serve with pasta and fresh basil.
