Italian Meatballs with Cream


  • 500 g Minced Beef
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Slices White Bread
  • 50 ml Emborg Full Cream Milk
  • 4 tbsp Emborg Shredded Grana Padano
  • 1 Pot Basil
  • 200 ml Emborg Cooking Cream

Tasty and delicious Italian meetballs are perfect for any occation! Try them by following these steps: 


Mix the minced beef with salt, white bread soaked in milk and shredded Emborg Grana Padano.

Make small meatballs and place them in a butter greased pan, sprinkle basil leaves and top with Emborg cooking cream.

Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes.

Serve with pasta and fresh basil.
