Labneh is a soft Middle Eastern cheese made from yogurt. It's very easy to make and goes well with many dishes. Serve it as a dip with good-quality olive oil and your favourite herbs and spices as topping!

    Instructions

    • In a small bowl, mix together Emborg Natural Yogurt and salt.

    • Scoop the mixture onto a layer of cheesecloth (or 2 layers). Bring the edges of the cheesecloth together and tie it around a long spoon or stick.

    • Place the spoon across the top of a bowl – the labneh should touch the bottom. Set aside on the countertop or in the fridge for 24–48 hours.

    • Remove labneh from the cheesecloth.

    • Transfer to a pretty bowl, top with olive oil and serve as a spread with your favourite toppings - try it with Middle Eastern hot Fatayers.
