Leftover Rice Cheese Bake

Ingredients

  • 100 g Emborg Shredded Mozzarella
  • 200 g Emborg Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 Big Bowl Cooked Rice
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Turn your leftover rice into this delicious and cheesy baked fried rice. A true family favourite!

Method: 

Chop up your bacon and fry it on a warm wok until it is cooked. When your bacon is cooked, add your egg and stir a little more.

Then add your cooked rice and soy sauce in the wok. Stir it all together and add your Emborg Mixed Vegetables and stir it over the heat for a few minutes.  

Add your fried rice mix in a baking tray and sprinkle cheese on top.

Finally bake it in the oven until the cheese is melted and serve!

Tip:

Add fresh chili on top of your cheese bake to spice it up
