Lemon Muffins with Lemongrass


  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 150 g Emborg Butter
  • 300 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Lemongrass (minced)
  • 150 ml Emborg Dessert Whip
  • 50 ml Lemon Juice
  • 20 g Emborg Butter (for greasing)

Try these delicious muffins with a twist of lemongrass. Follow the steps: 


Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Whisk eggs and sugar together until white foam.

Pour melted butter into the mix together with flour, baking powder, minced lemongrass, Emborg dessert whip and lemon juice and stir well.

Grease the muffins forms with butter and fill 2/3.

Sprinkle sugar at the top.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Enjoy with a nice cup of tea!
