- 220 g sugar
- 130 g rice flour
- 1 tsp tapioca flour
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml Emborg Cooking Cream
- 75 ml water
Pour all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly.
Let the dough stand for about 1 hour.
Grease the sides of the form.
Heat the love letter iron and pour in a suitable amount of dough.
When the dough is golden, trim the edges then immediately fold the love letters twice and press softly.
