    Pasta Salad

    • Chop up red bell pepper into small squares

    • Chop up yellow bell pepper into small squares

    • Defrost Emborg Garden Peas

    • Cut cherry tomatoes in half

    • In a large mixing bowl, add your vegetables, pasta, Emborg Greek Style Cheese, and mix gently.

    • Divide into equal portions in the lunch boxes.

    Blueberry Muffins

    • Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and a little salt in a large bowl

    • Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract then stir with a fork until evenly mixed

    • Mix in the blueberries, then divide the batter between muffin cups and bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are no longer wet and a toothpick inserted into the middle of a muffin comes out cleanly
