Mexican sweet corn salsa snack
- 500 g Emborg Organic Sweet Corn
- 1 red onion
- 1 red chili
- 1 green chili
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime
- 1 pack of coriander
Defrost the organic sweet corn.
Chop onion, chili and tomatoes into small pieces.
Mix the lime juice with the sugar and olive oil
Mix the corn with the lime mix and then mix the rest of the ingredients together with finely cut coriander leaves.
Top with lime and serve with tacos, tortilla etc. or just eat as a salad.
