Mixed herb bread
- 100 g Emborg Spreadable
- 1 lemon
- 1 handful mixed herbs, e.g. thyme, rosemary, basil
- 1 loaf ciabatta
Slice the bread into slices without cutting all the way through the loaf.
Spread the butter on the top of the loaf, pressing some down between the grooves.
Rub the bread with the finely chopped herbs.
Top with grated lemon zest.
Wrap the bread in baking paper and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 250 °C.
Unwrap the bread and bake for 2 more minutes.
Serve the bread as a snack or as part of a meal.
