Mixed Vegetable Pies
- 1 Roll Filo Pastry
- 100 g Emborg Butter
- 300 g Emborg Mixed Vegetables or Emborg Garden Mix
- 200 ml Emborg Cooking Cream
- 2 Pasteurized Eggs
- Salt and Pepper
Vegetable pies is the perfect dish for a nice buffet or a simple snack. Try it by following the steps.
Cut the filo pastry into 10 x10 cm squares.
Brush the filo pastry pieces and layer 3 pieces in each greased muffin form.
Beat eggs and Emborg cooking cream together.
Stir salt and pepper in thawed Emborg's mixed vegetables.
Place one tablespoon mixed vegetables in each muffin form, then pour in the egg mix and sprinkle with the chopped herbs.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 ºC.
