with scrambled eggs and cottage cheese

  • 4 stone-oven-baked ciabatta buns 
  • 6 large eggs
  • 250 g Emborg Cottage Cheese
  • Chives

Heat the buns in the oven as directed on package.

Mix eggs and cottage cheese and fry the mixture in a pan with a little oil.

Serve the buns with the scrambled eggs and sprinkle with chives.
