Morning bunwith scrambled eggs and cottage cheese

- 4 stone-oven-baked ciabatta buns
- 6 large eggs
- 250 g Emborg Cottage Cheese
Heat the buns in the oven as directed on package.
Mix eggs and cottage cheese and fry the mixture in a pan with a little oil.
Serve the buns with the scrambled eggs and sprinkle with chives.
