Mozzarella Sandwich with Pesto

2-3 slices of Emborg Natural Sliced Mozzarella

1 Tomato

2 pcs of Bread

25g Emborg Spreadable

2 tbsp Green pesto 

Fresh basil

 Heat up a frying pan to medium heat.

Add Emborg Spreadable on both sides of the bread and add mozzarella slices, tomato slices, green pesto and fresh basil.

Cook the sandwich for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Serve right away or save it for a delicious afternoon snack.
