Mozzarella Sandwich with Pesto
- 2-3 slices of Emborg Natural Sliced Mozzarella
- 25 g Emborg Spreadable
- 1 Tomato
- 2 pcs of Bread
- 2 tbsp Green Pesto
- Fresh Basil
Who else loves a classic mozzarella stretch? This delicious sandwich is perfect for a simple lunch or a nice afternoon snack.
Start by heating up a frying pan to medium heat.
Add Emborg Spreadable on both sides of the bread and add Emborg mozzarella slices, tomato slices, green pesto and fresh basil.
Cook the sandwich for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Serve right away or save it for a delicious afternoon snack.
Tip: Add an extra layer of Emborg Spreadable on the bread to get a more crispy crust.
