Oreo Cheesecake Brownies

  • 150 g Emborg Unsalted Butter
  • 200 g Castor Sugar
  • 80 g Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Egg (Large)
  • 10 ml Vanilla Essence
  • 65 g Cake Flour
  • 226 g Emborg US Cream Cheese
  • 150 ml Emborg Whipping Cream
  • 50 g Castor Sugar
  • 5 g Gelatin Powder
  • 25 ml Water
  • 10 ml Vanilla Essence
  • 10 pcs Oreo Biscuit

Brownie Base

1. Over a hot water bath, stir together the sugar, cocoa powder and Emborg Butter until everything has melted.

2. Remove the mixture from the heat and continue stirring.

3. Add in the eggs, vanilla essence and cake flour. Mix until the batter is shiny and thick.

4. Pour the batter into a lined cake tin. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.


1. Combine the gelatin powder and water and set aside for 5 minutes. Heat the mixture over the hot water bath until the gelatin is dissolved.

2. In a mixer, beat the Emborg Cream Cheese, vanilla essence, sugar and Emborg Whipping Cream until smooth. Add the gelatin mixture and beat for 1 more minute.

3. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie and decorate with Oreo.

4. Chill for at least 2 hours and it’s ready to serve. Bon appétit!
