Organic fried rice
- 200 ml organic rice
- 1 organic onion
- 2 cloves organic garlic
- 1 cm organic ginger
- 100 ml Emborg Organic Garden Peas
- 300 g Emborg Organic Cut Beans
- ½ organic pineapple
- 3 organic eggs
Cook the rice according to the directions on the packet.
Heat a large wok.
Chop the onion, ginger and garlic and fry in the wok, add the peas, beans and pineapple cut into squares and allow to fry for a couple of minutes.
Put the vegetables to one side and break an egg into the pan – allow to firm like scrambled egg and mix the rice, vegetables and egg.
Season with salt.
