Organic fried rice

  • 200 ml organic rice
  • 1 organic onion 
  • 2 cloves organic garlic
  • 1 cm organic ginger
  • 100 ml Emborg Organic Garden Peas
  • 300 g Emborg Organic Cut Beans
  • ½ organic pineapple
  • 3 organic eggs

Cook the rice according to the directions on the packet.

Heat a large wok.

Chop the onion, ginger and garlic and fry in the wok, add the peas, beans and pineapple cut into squares and allow to fry for a couple of minutes.

Put the vegetables to one side and break an egg into the pan – allow to firm like scrambled egg and mix the rice, vegetables and egg.

Season with salt.
