Organic Fried Rice
- 100 ml Emborg Organic Garden Peas
- 300 g Emborg Organic Cut Beans
- 200 ml Organic Rice
- 1 Organic Onion
- 2 Cloves Organic Garlic
- 1 cm Organic Ginger
- ½ Organic Pineapple
- 3 Organic Eggs
- Season with salt.
Organic Fried Rice is a delicious dish - perfect for lunch or dinner. Try it by following these steps:
Cook the rice according to the directions on the packet.
Heat a large wok.
Chop the onion, ginger and garlic and fry in the wok, add the peas, beans and pineapple cut into squares and allow to fry for a couple of minutes.
Put the vegetables to one side and break an egg into the pan – allow to firm like scrambled egg and mix the rice, vegetables and egg.
Lastly, season with salt.
