
Fried Rice with Beans


Ingredients
- 200 ml Rice
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 cm Ginger
- 100 ml Emborg Garden Peas
- 300 g Emborg Cut Green Beans
- ½ Pineapple
- 3 Eggs
Fried Rice is a delicious dish - perfect for lunch or dinner. Try it by following these steps:
Method:
Cook the rice according to the directions on the packet.
Heat a large wok.
Chop the onion, ginger and garlic and fry in the wok, add the peas, beans and pineapple cut into squares and allow to fry for a couple of minutes.
Put the vegetables to one side and break an egg into the pan – allow to firm like scrambled egg and mix the rice, vegetables and egg.
Lastly, season with salt.
