Ingredients

  • GROUND RECIPE:
  • 40 g Oats
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 60 g Emborg Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder
  • A pinch of Salt
  • RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE:
  • 40 g Emborg Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1.5 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Emborg Cream Cheese
  • CHOCO BANANA:
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2 tsp Chocolate Chips
  • 15 g Almonds
  • chopped
  • CARROT CAKE:
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Carrot
  • shredded
  • 1 tbsp Emborg Cream Cheese
  • BOUNTY STYLE:
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp Chocolate Chips
  • PEANUTBUTTER & CHOCOLATE:
  • 1.5 tsp Peanutbutter
  • 1.5 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Chocolate Chips

Oats 5 Ways

We know that school mornings can be quite hectic, but that doesn’t mean that you have to compromise on a delicious and healthy breakfast for you and your kids! Overnight oats is the perfect breakfast for those busy school mornings! Oats have a delicious creamy texture and are packed with great nutrients that keep you full for hours.
Prepare your overnight oats at least the night before, and enjoy them directly from your refrigerator. 

Basic Recipe

Use this basic  recipe for all five different variants of overnight oats.
In a serving bowl, mix the oats, milk, yogurt, vanilla powder, chia seeds and salt until blended. Then choose which flavour you want from the five alternatives below. 

Overnight Oats - Raspberry Cheesecake 

Take your basic recipe and simply add raspberries, honey and lemon juice and then stir until blended.
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator until the next morning or for at least 3-4 hours. 
Top with fresh raspberries and enjoy!


Overnight Oats - Choco Banana 

Take your basic recipe, add sliced banana, dark chocolate chips and chopped almonds, and then stir until blended.
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator until the next morning or for at least 3-4 hours.
Top with chopped almonds and chocolate chips and enjoy! 

Overnight Oats - Bounty Style

Take your basic recipe, add cocoa powder and coconut flour, and then mix well until completely blended. 
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator until the next morning or for at least 3-4 hours.
Top with coconut flour and chocolate chips.

Overnight Oats - Carrot Cake

Take your basic recipe, add shredded carrot, cream cheese and cinnamon, and then mix well. 
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator until the next morning or at least 3-4 hours.
Top with shredded carrot and cinnamon and enjoy. 

Overnight Oats – Peanut Butter & Chocolate 

Take your basic recipe, add cocoa powder and peanut butter, and then mix well. 
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator until the next morning or for at least 3-4 hours.
Top with peanut butter and chocolate chips.
