


Pad Krapow Gai & Cheese Wrap
Delicious and spicy chicken wrapped in a soft tortilla along with tasty cheese and fresh vegetables – perfect for those who enjoy bold and spicy flavours.

Instructions

In hot oil, sauté the onions, garlic and chilies. Add the roughly chopped chicken followed by the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce and brown sugar. Cook for 2–3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Add basil and set aside.

Divide the cooked chicken on the tortillas and top with 2 tbsp Emborg Shredded Mozzarella and sliced onions on each. If desired, top with crunchy garlic and some basil leaves.

Roll and serve.
Tip: Marinate the chicken overnight, if desired, to infuse it with flavour.
