  • 25 g Yeast
  • 100 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 225 g Flour
  • 50 g Emborg Butter
  • 1 Small Handful of Fresh Herbs
  • 1-2 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)

These pan-fried breads are perfect as a nice side dish. 


Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Add the oil, salt and flour and knead the dough thoroughly.

Leave the dough to rise for an hour and then divide the dough into eight pieces.

Roll out the dough into pancakes and fry in a pan about 3 minutes on each side.

Butter the bread with the melted butter mixed with chopped herbs and a little crushed garlic.
