Pan Fried Fish with Pasta

Ingredients

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 400 ml Emborg Pasta Cream
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 100 g Emborg Grana Padano shredded
  • A Handful of Thyme
  • 500 g White Fish
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 3 tbsp Emborg Unsalted Butter

Do you find it hard to include fish in your diet? Try this simple and delicious fish pasta dish. 

Method: 

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.

Sauté slices of garlic in a little butter.

Add Emborg pasta cream and shredded Emborg Grana Padano, then warm gently.

Season with salt and pepper.

Melt butter in a pan, season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, and then dip the fish in flour.

Fry the fish in butter until golden.

Toss the drained pasta with the cream, adding a little milk if the sauce is too thick.

Serve the pasta with fish and thyme.
