Pan fried fish with pasta

  • 500 g pasta
  • 400 ml Emborg Pasta Cream
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 100 g Emborg Shredded Parmesan
  • A small handful of thyme
  • 500 g white fish, e.g. cod
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp Emborg Unsalted Butter

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.

Sauté slices of garlic in a little butter.

Add cream and parmesan, then warm gently.

Season with salt and pepper.

Melt butter in a pan, season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, and then dren h the fish in flour.

Fry the fish in butter until golden.

Toss the drained pasta with the cream, adding a little milk if the sauce is too thick.

Serve the pasta with fish and thyme.
