- 500 g Penne Pasta
- 1 tbsp Emborg Unsalted Butter
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 500 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 400 ml Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Handful Basil
- 150 g Emborg Grana Padano shredded
Try this Italian classic pasta, you wont regret it! Follow these simple steps:
Chop the garlic and blanch in a pan with butter, sprinkle with chilli.
Cook the pasta in a pot meanwhile cooking the sauce.
Add the fresh tomatoes and let them cook for a further 2 minutes, add the tomato puree and leave to simmer for 5 minutes, season while cooking with salt, pepper and sugar.
Add a little of the water from the pasta to the sauce.
Mix in the drained pasta.
Fold in the chopped parsley.
Add shredded Emborg Grana Padano and serve.
