Pasta Arrabiata

  • 500 g penne pasta
  • 1 tbsp Emborg Unsalted Butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 400 ml tomato puree
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 handful basil
  • 150 g Emborg Shredded Parmesan

Chop the garlic and blanch in a pan with butter, sprinkle with chilli

Place the pasta on top.

Add the fresh tomatoes and let them cook for a further 2 minutes, add the tomato puree and leave to simmer for 5 minutes, season while cooking with salt, pepper and sugar.

Add a little of the water from the pasta to the sauce.

Mix in the drained past.

Fold in the chopped parsley.

Add the parmesan and serve.

Pasta Arrabiata
