


Pasta with Peas and Turkey Bacon

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.

Heat the oil in a pan, add slices of garlic and sauté without browning. 
- 
Fry the bacon in the oven or in a pan, then slice into smaller pieces.

Stir the Emborg peas and oil to combine, then top with grated lime zest. 
- 
Season with salt and pepper.

Stir the pasta and pea mixture to combine, then serve topped with mint.
