Pasta with peas and turkey bacon
- 500 g spaghetti
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400 g turkey bacon
- 400 g Emborg Organic Garden Peas
- 1 lime
- 1 handful mint
- salt and pepper
Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
Heat the oil in a pan, add slices of garlic and sauté without browning.
Fry the bacon in the oven or in a pan, then slice into smaller pieces.
Stir the peas and oil to combine, then top with grated lime zest.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir the pasta and pea mixture to combine, then serve topped with mint.
