- 2 Brioche Burger Buns
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 Lettuce Leaves
- 2 Emborg Plant-based Meat-free Burger Patties
- 2 slices Emborg Plant-based Cheddar-style Cheese
- 1 handful Pea Shoots
- 2 Red Onions
- 3 dl Vinegar
- 1 dl Water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Try this delicious burger with a plant-based patty bursting with flavour and delicous pickled onions. A perfect dinner option for the whole family!
Slice red onions thinly and place in a small container.
In a small pot, stir together vinegar, water, salt and sugar, and cook at medium heat until it simmers.
Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the onions until coated. Let the onions marinate for 30 minutes.
Season Emborg Plant-based Meat-free Burger Patties with salt and pepper, then fry them in a hot pan with oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Place Emborg Plant-based Cheddar-style slices on each patty, allowing them to melt a little.
Toast the brioche burger buns and spread the bottom halves with mayonnaise.
Place the lettuce on the bottom halves followed by the patties with cheese, the newly pickled onions and the pea shoots. Your masterpiece is now ready to eat.
