- 500 g pointed cabbage
- 2 courgettes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 400 g Emborg Edamame Beans
- 200 g Emborg Feta Cheese with Herbs
- 100 ml Emborg yogurt
- 1 tsp chilli
Finely cut the cabbage.
Make spaghetti from the courgettes and place in a bowl with lemon and salt and allow to marinate.
Arrange plates with cabbage, courgette spaghetti, beans and feta.
Use the oil from the feta to drizzle over the top,
Serve the salad with a dressing of yogurt and chilli.
