- 500 g pointed cabbage
- 2 courgettes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 400 g Emborg Edamame Beans
- 200 g Emborg Greek style cheese
- 100 ml Emborg yogurt
- 1 tsp chilli
Finely cut the cabbage.
Make spaghetti from the courgettes and place in a bowl with lemon and salt and allow to marinate.
Arrange plates with cabbage, courgette spaghetti, beans and Greek style cheese
Use the oil from the Greek style cheese to drizzle over the top,
Serve the salad with a dressing of yogurt and chilli.
