  • 400 g Emborg Edamame Beans
  • 200 g Emborg Greek Style Cheese
  • 100 ml Emborg Yogurt
  • 500 g Pointed Cabbage
  • 2 Courgettes
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli

Try this healthy fresh salad - the perfect lunch or side-dish. Follow these simple steps: 


Finely cut the cabbage.

Make spaghetti from the courgettes and place in a bowl with lemon and salt and allow to marinate.

Arrange plates with cabbage, courgette spaghetti, Emborg Edamame beans and Emborg Greek style cheese.

Use the oil from the Greek style cheese to drizzle over the top. 

Serve the salad with a dressing of Emborg yogurt and chilli.
