Salad with Cheese & Mango
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Iceberg
- 150 g Spring Onions
- 200 g Emborg Mozzarella Block
- 1-2 Red Onions
- 1 Big Mango
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 pot Coriander
Try this easy and tasty salad - a nice healthy choice!
Cook the eggs for 8 minutes and peel, cut into 4 pieces each.
Chop salad and spring onions.
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Cut slices of the peeled mango and red onion.
Mix a bowl of salad of eggs, salad, spring onions, mango, Emborg cheese and sesame seeds, top with coriander.
Enjoy the salad as lunch or as a side dish.
