Salad with Gouda Cubes

  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 150 g Emborg Gouda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Flakes

Give your salad a twist with Emborg gauda cheese. Follow the steps below. 


Rinse red peppers and cut in half and remove cores.

Grill in the oven with skin side up until the skin is completely black.

Cover peppers with a damp cloth and remove the skin when they are cooled.

Remove the flesh from the two avocados, cut into slices and drizzle with lemon juice.

Rinse the lettuce and toss with avocado slices.

Rinse the cucumber and cut lengthwise into long slices with a potato peeler.

Toss the cucumber slices with strips of grilled red pepper.

Drizzle with a good olive oil and a little lemon juice, then top with gouda cut into small cubes and season with a little salt.
