- 125 g Emborg Butter
- 220 g Flour
- 5 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 150 g Emborg Organic Spinach
- 300 g Salmon or Chicken
- 300 ml Emborg Cooking Cream
- 75 g Emborg Shredded Mozzarella
- Spring Onions
Try a tasty salmon pie as a nice dinner. Follow these easy steps:
Combine Emborg butter and flour with fingers into butter crumbles.
Collect the dough with 1 egg and salt.
Pres the dough in small portion sized baking dishes.
Combine defrosted spinach with 4 eggs and Emborg cooking cream.
Place a piece of salmon in each dish, top with the spinach mix and top with shredded Mozzarella and spring onions.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C in 30 minutes.
If you don't have portion sized baking dishes, you can just make the pie in a regular tart mould.
