  • 1/3 cup Emborg Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Emborg Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Espresso Shots
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Cup Emborg French Full Cream Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Emborg Whipping Cream

Who's up for a delicious Salted Caramel Coffee Frappe? 


To make the salted caramel, melt and caramelise Emborg Unsalted Butter and sugar in a pan.

Turn off heat, add Emborg Whipping cream and salt.

Make the coffee mixture by blending ice, espresso and Emborg French Full Cream Milk in a blender.

Assemble caramel and coffee mixture in a glass.

Top with whipped Emborg Whipping Cream and caramel.
