Salted Caramel Coffee Frappe

- 1/3 cup Emborg Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Emborg Whipping Cream
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Espresso Shots
- 1 Cup Ice
- 1 Cup Emborg French Full Cream Milk
- 1/2 Cup Emborg Whipping Cream
Who's up for a delicious Salted Caramel Coffee Frappe?
To make the salted caramel, melt and caramelise Emborg Unsalted Butter and sugar in a pan.
Turn off heat, add Emborg Whipping cream and salt.
Make the coffee mixture by blending ice, espresso and Emborg French Full Cream Milk in a blender.
Assemble caramel and coffee mixture in a glass.
Top with whipped Emborg Whipping Cream and caramel.
