Soft Taco with Shredded Cheese

- 12 Small Soft Tacos
- 400 g Chicken Breast
- 25 g Emborg Butter
- 1 tbsp Paprika Powder
- 400 g Fresh Tomatoes
- 1 Green Chili
- 1 Onion
- 1 Dash of Lime
- 300 g Frozen Emborg Organic Sweet Corn
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 100 g Emborg 3 Cheese Bake
Are you in the mood for delicious tacos? Follow the simpe steps below:
Defrost the Emborg organic sweet corn.
Fry chicken gently in Emborg butter with paprika powder in a pan.
Cut tomatoes, green chili and onion into small pieces.
Sprinkle with lime and mix with sweet corn and coriander to a salsa.
Peel the chicken breast into small pieces.
Arrange the plate with warm tacos, chicken and salsa. Sprinkle a little mayonnaise and top with fresh Emborg cheese.
