Spaghetti with mushrooms

  • 400 g macaroni
  • 400 g mixed mushrooms
  • 1 small handful of rosemary
  • 1 small handful of thyme
  • 400 ml Emborg Pasta Cream
  • 1 whole fresh lemon
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 50 g pine nuts


Cook the macaroni as recommended on the packet.

Finely chop the cleaned mushrooms and fry them in butter in the pan along with the rosemary and thyme.

Add the Pasta Cream and grated lemon rind and add ground pepper to taste.

Serve with the macaroni and decorate with pine nuts.
