Spaghetti with Mushrooms
- 400 ml Emborg Pasta Cream
- 400 g Mixed Mushrooms
- 1 small Handful of Rosemary
- 1 small Handful of Thyme
- 1 whole Fresh Lemon
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- 50 g Pine Nuts
- 400 g Spaghetti
Try this delicious pasta dish by following the steps:
Cook the spaghetti as recommended on the packet.
Finely chop the cleaned mushrooms and fry them in butter in the pan along with the rosemary and thyme.
Add the Pasta Cream and grated lemon rind and add ground pepper to taste.
Serve with the spaghetti and decorate with pine nuts.
