Steamed Cheesecake Kaswi

  • In a mixing bowl, add in all the Kaswi ingredients and mix well using a hand blender.

  • Prepare the Kaswi moulds by brushing oil into each one. Prepare the steamer by boiling water inside it.

  • Scoop 25g of batter into each mould until all the batter is used up.

  • Place the moulds into the steamer and steam for 15 minute, then remove and set aside to cool down.

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl using the 'bain-marie' hot water bath method. Add the Emborg Whipping Cream and whip the chocolate ganache.

  • Remove the cakes from the moulds and pour the chocolate ganache on top of each one.
