Stuffed French Toast
- 200 g Emborg Cream Cheese
- 60 g Powdered sugar
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Pullman loaf
- 300 ml Emborg Fresh Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 30 g Sugar

- In a bowl, mix together the Emborg Cream Cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one slice of bread and top it with another slice to form a sandwich.
- In a separate bowl, combine the batter ingredients: the Emborg Milk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon. Dip each sandwich into the batter, making sure to coat both sides.
- In a pan, melt the Emborg Unsalted Butter, and cook each side of the bread sandwich in the pan for about 1½ minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serve the stuffed French toast with a drizzle of maple syrup.
