  • 200 g Emborg Cream Cheese
  • 60 g Powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Pullman loaf
  • 300 ml Emborg Fresh Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 30 g Sugar

Enjoy the ultimate breakfast treat with this delicious French toast stuffed with a creamy and sweet Emborg Cream Cheese filling. It's a delightful way to start your day on a flavourful note.


  1. In a bowl, mix together the Emborg Cream Cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one slice of bread and top it with another slice to form a sandwich.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the batter ingredients: the Emborg Milk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon. Dip each sandwich into the batter, making sure to coat both sides.
  3. In a pan, melt the Emborg Unsalted Butter, and cook each side of the bread sandwich in the pan for about 1½ minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Serve the stuffed French toast with a drizzle of maple syrup.
