Cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Set the pasta aside.

Add chicken pieces followed by Thai green curry paste and stir until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Pour in Emborg Cooking Cream, stirring continuously. Mix in Emborg Shredded Italian-style and let the sauce simmer for 4-5 minutes, or until it thickens.

Toss in the cooked macaroni, ensuring it’s evenly coated with the sauce.

Adjust seasoning with black pepper and fish sauce, or to taste. Garnish with 1 tbsp chives or spring onions and sprinkle extra Emborg Shredded Italian-syle on top. Serve.
