Instructions

Grill portobello on a grill pan until it colours.

Cut onion into slices then cook them in oil on a pan for 1 minute. Sprinkle the onion with sugar to caramelize the onion and cook for another minute. They should not burn.

Warm the buns and spread the each with mayonnaise.

Add salad, portobello, plant-based cheese slices and top with onion and watercress.
