  • 2 Leaf Salad
  • 2 tsp. Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Oil
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Big Portobello Mushroom
  • 1 Burger Bun
  • Watercress

A burger dosen't necessarily need to contain meat. Try this Vegan Grilled Portobello Burger and dicover how a burger can be just as delicios without using meat. 


Grill portobello on a grill pan.

Cut onion into slices then fried them in oil, then sprinkle with sugar to caramelize the onion.

Warm the bun and spread the two halves with mayonnaise.

Add leaf salad, Portobello, Emborg original slices and top with onion and watercress.
