1 burger bun

1 big Portobello mushroom

1 red onion

1 tsp. Oil

3 tsp. sucker

2 tsp. Vegan mayonnaise

2 leaf salad

2 Emborg Original vegan slices

Watercress

Grill Portobello on a grill pan.

Cut onion into slices then fried them in oil, then sprinkle with sucker to caramelize the onion.

Warm the bun, the make the burger with mayonnaise, leaf salad, Portobello, Emborg original slices and top with onion and watercress
