Vegan Grilled sandwich

with avocado pesto and cheddar style

  • 2 slices full grain toast bread

  • 1 small avocado

  • 2 tsp. vegan green pesto

  • 2 Emborg Cheddar-style vegan slices

  • Black pepper

Butter the bread with pesto.

Place 2 Emborg Cheddar-style slices on top of one bread.

Top with avocado slices and one slice of cheddar.

Season with fresh black pepper, then place the last bread on top.

Grill the toast and cut it in half.
