
Yogurt with Berry Puree and Granola


Ingredients
- 200 g Emborg Frozen Blueberries or Raspberries
- 1 L Emborg Natural Yogurt
- 100 g Emborg Frozen Blueberries or Raspberries
- Granola
- 100 g Blueberries or Raspberries
An easy and simple dessert, or an addition to the breakfast table
Method:
Place the frozen berries and sugar in a saucepan and heat the mix. Stir it until it has a thick consistency.
Take it off the heat and put it in a bowl. Leave to cool.
Once the puree is cool, layer some yogurt and then puree, then add another layer of yogurt/puree, into four glasses. Top it off with granola and berries.
Tip:
Add some freshly squeezed lemon, grape or orange juice to the puree to add more flavour. Or top it off with your favourite fruits and berries!
