- 100 g Emborg Cream Cheese
- 30 g Le Fruit de Monin Yuzu
- 5 g Mint leaf chopped
- 3 Bagel

- In a bowl, mix Emborg Cream Cheese, Le Fruit de Monin Yuzu and chopped mint leaf until combined.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture to piping bag and keep chilled.
- Cut bagel into half and toast in oven for 3 minutes
- Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto the cut side of bagel. Place top half of the bagel over filling.
