  • 100 g Emborg Cream Cheese
  • 30 g Le Fruit de Monin Yuzu
  • 5 g Mint leaf chopped
  • 3 Bagel

The perfect harmony of creamy cream cheese and zesty yuzu syrup creates a delightful flavour fusion that takes your bagels to the next level.


  1. In a bowl, mix Emborg Cream Cheese, Le Fruit de Monin Yuzu and chopped mint leaf until combined.
  2. Transfer the cream cheese mixture to piping bag and keep chilled.
  3. Cut bagel into half and toast in oven for 3 minutes
  4. Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto the cut side of bagel. Place top half of the bagel over filling.
