  • In a saucepan, add the Sunquick Select Rose Lychee Mix, water, sugar and Emborg Cooking Cream. Bring to a simmer over a medium heat.

  • While waiting for the ingredients to come to a simmer, make your cornstarch by mixing together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl.

  • Once your ingredients are simmering, add the cornstarch slurry and stir continuously until the mixture has thickened slightly. Take it off the heat and leave it to cool to room temperature.

  • Add 1 tbsp of lychee to each of the Aiskrim Malaysia plastic pouches. Then, using a funnel, fill the pouches up with your liquid mix.

  • Twirl the open end of each pouch to create a tight seal then tie it off with a simple knot. Repeat until you have finished all of the liquid mix.

  • Put the filled pouches in a freezer and leave them overnight.

  • Enjoy the frozen Aiskrim Malaysia straight from the freezer – preferably on a hot day!
