Aubergine Bake
Aubergine Bake is perfect as a side-dish to serve at the dinner table. Try it by following these simple steps:

Chop basil and tomatoes, and grate Emborg Grana Padano.

Cut the aubergine into approx. 10 cm long sticks. Pat them dry and fry them in Emborg Unsalted Butter and drizzle with salt.

Place in an ovenproof dish and top with tomatoes and Emborg Perfect Pasta Cream.

Mix breadcrumbs, basil and Grana Padano.

Top the dish with the mixture and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 °C.
Enjoy hot from the oven!
