In a pan on medium high, melt the Emborg Unsalted Butter and add the onions. Sauté, stirring occasionally, until the onions are caramelised – about 20 minutes. If the pan gets too dry and starts to smoke, add a tiny bit of water. This will help bring down the temperature and soften the onions as well. Season with salt and pepper.

Leave the caramelised onions to cool to room temperature.

In a bowl, mix the caramelised onion with the Emborg Cream Cheese, Emborg Sour Cream and mayonnaise.
